HELP AT THE SEAT

Help While You Hold a Seat

Help inside the club room sits close to the table, not buried in a ticket queue. Three paths cover almost everything: the dealer chat on a live seat, the wallet ledger for a transfer that has not landed, and the login desk if your one-time code goes astray. Each one starts from where you already are, so you do not lose your seat while sorting it out.

Live Table Chat Every live blackjack table has a chat box. Ask the dealer or the pit about the shoe, the side bet payout or a rule you missed before you place your chips.
Wallet Buy-In Help If a bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfer does not show on your balance, our support team traces the reference number from your wallet app and confirms what the club room received.
Account and Login Desk Locked out mid-shoe? The OTP path resends to your registered number, and our chat desk can reset a password without you leaving the table page and losing your seat.

What aqqapp Deals in the Club Room

Step into our Blackjack Club and you get two flavours of the same game. Live tables stream from Evolution studios with a real dealer, a six-deck shoe and a chat box you can use to ask about the table rules. RNG blackjack sits alongside them for quick rounds on your phone. Each table's info panel spells out the dealer rule — some

stand on all 17s, others hit soft 17 — plus the payout for a natural and whether surrender is allowed. Read that panel once and you know exactly what you're sitting down to. Your account wallet also feeds the cricket markets we run on BPL and IPL nights.

HOW WE RUN IT

How We Run Our Blackjack Tables

We would rather you could check a table than take our word for it. That means printing the rules on the felt, showing shuffle behaviour in the info panel, naming the studio that supplies each live table, and keeping a hand log you can open any time. Nothing on this page is a figure we cannot point to on the table itself. Read the card, watch one shoe, then decide.

Rules Printed On The Felt

Every club table carries its own rule card: deck count, dealer soft-17 behaviour, double-after-split and natural payout. Nothing hides in a separate document you have to hunt for.

Shuffle And RNG Disclosure

Live shoes are shuffled in camera view, and our RNG tables publish a shuffle note in the panel. We show return-to-player figures only where the game or its provider exposes one.

Studios We Seat

Live blackjack comes from Evolution studios, and the wider lobby carries Pragmatic Play and PG Soft titles on the slot side. Provider, table limits and bet range sit on the card.

Your Hand History Stays Yours

Each settled hand is logged in your account with the stake, the outcome and the payout. Open the log from your wallet screen and match it against your bKash, Nagad or Rocket statement.

Blackjack Words on the Table Card

Blackjack has its own shorthand, and the table card assumes you already know it. These are the words that come up most when you open a seat in our club room: the dealer rules, the side bets priced on the felt, and the terms your hand log uses after a session. Read them once and the panel on any table will make sense.

What does soft 17 mean?

A soft 17 is a hand with an ace counted as 11 plus cards totalling six, like A-6. It can drop to seven without busting, so dealers treat it differently from a hard 17.

What is the Perfect Pairs side bet?

Perfect Pairs pays when your first two cards form a pair. A mixed pair pays least, a coloured pair more and a perfect pair — same rank and same suit — pays the highest of the three.

How does insurance work in blackjack?

Insurance is a half-stake side wager you can take when the dealer shows an ace. It pays if the dealer has a ten-value card underneath, but the odds sit against you over many hands.

What does late surrender give you?

Late surrender lets you fold after the dealer checks for blackjack, giving back half your stake. It only appears on tables whose rule card lists it, so check the panel before you sit down.

What is bet behind on a live table?

Bet behind lets you back another seated player's hand when the table is full. Your wager follows their cards and settles with theirs, without you holding a seat yourself.

What is a six-deck shoe?

A shoe is the box that holds shuffled decks; a six-deck shoe mixes 312 cards before dealing. More decks slightly change the maths of doubling and pair splitting compared with a single deck.

Blackjack Club Questions From aqqapp

New seats raise the same handful of questions, so we keep the answers here rather than buried in a help file. Buy-ins, seat selection, browser play and the dealer rule all come up first. If something on a table still looks unclear after you read this, the chat box on that table reaches the dealer and our support desk. Our club room keeps the same rules on phone and laptop, so an answer you learn here holds everywhere.

Sign in, open the club tab and pick a table from the list. Live seats show the bet range before you join; RNG tables deal the moment you press the deal button.

bKash, Nagad and Rocket all add funds to the account wallet. Bring the balance in first, then move it onto a table; the club room never asks for a separate transfer at the seat.

Yes, the club room runs in your phone browser. Sign in once and the session picks up where you left it when you switch to a laptop, so a half-finished shoe is still waiting.

It decides whether the dealer hits or stands on soft 17, and that single line flips the edge over thousands of hands. Our table cards list the rule before you buy in.

Only where the game or its provider publishes one. Blackjack's figure depends on the rules in play, so a single page-wide percentage would be misleading — we point you to the table card instead.

Send the wallet reference number to our support chat. We match it against the account ledger, and the balance shows on your wallet screen as soon as the transfer is confirmed.
